Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in the Tangail & Manikganj operations hub. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hub activities, ensuring seamless parcel dispatch and sorting, managing delivery rider schedules, and maintaining high operational efficiency across surrounding areas.
📋 Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee parcel sorting, scanning, inbound/outbound logistics, and hub inventory management.
2. Coordinate daily route planning and dispatch schedules for field delivery executives and riders.
3. Track parcel delivery statuses to ensure strict adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
4. Reconcile daily Cash-on-Delivery (COD) collections from riders and process settlements accurately.
5. Handle merchant inquiries, resolve escalated delivery issues, and handle lost/damaged parcel claims.
6. Prepare daily operational reports (dispatch, delivery completion, pending parcels, return processing) for regional management.
