Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Counselor to be part of our growing team at our Dhaka office. In this role, you will serve as a trusted guide for students navigating the exciting yet complex journey of overseas education, helping them make informed, confident decisions about their academic futures.
What you'll do:
Conduct in-depth counselling sessions to assess students' academic profiles and goals
Guide students on university selection, program suitability, and scholarship opportunities
Assist with application preparation, documentation, and submission
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners
Meet counselling targets and contribute to team growth
