• Responsible for preparations of yearly customs audit related documents

• Overseeing day-to-day customs clearance operations, coordinating shipment documentation and customs submissions

• Following up and maintain proper liaison with customs authorities and logistics partners

• Monitoring duty and tax payments

• Resolving operational bottlenecks and ensuring timely clearance and delivery of goods

• Should have Vast knowledge of HS code, Customs Act, Bond formalities Responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Audit and related issues with Customs Bond

• To maintain In-Bond, Ex-Bond & UP statement with Custom-Bond Register.

• Prepare yearly Import and Export Customs statement for Bond Audit.

• Continuous process improvements to minimize clearance delays, demurrage, detention, and compliance risks

• Any other task assigned by the Management.
