Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Counselor to be part of our growing team at our Dhaka office. In this role, you will serve as a trusted guide for students navigating the exciting yet complex journey of overseas education, helping them make informed, confident decisions about their academic futures.
What you'll do:
Conduct in-depth counselling sessions to assess students' academic profiles and goals
Guide students on university selection, program suitability, and scholarship opportunities
Assist with application preparation, documentation, and submission
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners
Meet counselling targets and contribute to team growth
Qualifications
Minimum 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in overseas education counselling (required)
Expertise in admission procedures, documentation, and international education systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English
Proven ability to manage student pipelines and meet targets
Ability to stay updated on global education trends, country-specific requirements, and university offerings.
Proficiency in using technology and tools for documentation, organizing workflows, and managing student databases.
A student-first mindset — patient, honest, and genuinely invested in every student's success
Bachelor's degree required in any discipline; Master's preferred
