Lead the Future of agro industry

BTS Traders Ltd. is seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's strategic growth, digital transformation, and business expansion. The CEO will be responsible for driving innovation, building strategic partnerships, strengthening operational excellence, and positioning the company as a leading InsurTech organization in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, business plans, and growth initiatives.

• Lead overall business operations, revenue generation, profitability, and organizational performance.

• Drive digital transformation through innovative insurance technology solutions.

• Build strategic partnerships with insurance companies, banks, healthcare providers, fintech companies, and technology partners.

• Lead product development, digital platforms, customer experience, and business innovation.

• Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and risk management standards.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

• Represent the company before regulators, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Provide strategic direction and regular performance reports to the Board of Directors.
