Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 14 years of experience in land acquisition.
Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of land laws, govt procedures, and registration processes.
Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify suitable land for residential and industrial projects through feasibility studies, site visits, FAR assessments, mapping, and zoning analyses.
Conduct legal due diligence by reviewing deeds, Khatian, CS/RS/SA/BS records, mutation, and ROR; ensure the land is dispute-free.
Liaise with AC Land, DC Office, Sub-Registry Office, and legal teams for verification and compliance.
Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and agents; prepare MoUs, proposals, and acquisition documents; close deals at competitive prices.
Manage documentation and registration processes, including sale deeds, POA, and related agreements.
Maintain networks with landowners, brokers, surveyors, and local stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, land prices, regulatory updates, and competitor activities; provide regular reports to management.
