• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Studies
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Business Studies
• Master of Commerce (MCom)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• BBA, MBA (Supply Chain Management) is preferable.
• (B.Com), (M.Com) in Business Studies or any other subject from any Reputed Govt. Approved National, Public/Private Universities.

• 2 to 8 years

• Age 25 to 45 years

Skill:

• Commercial & Supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding related company is necessary.
• Specially Door to Door/Shipping Services company mostly preference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Coordinate with all types of shipment related activities (Import-Export) and handle Sea-air freight operations end-to-end.
• Making Proforma Invoice (PI), Making Loading list & Open LC Documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, port authorities, customs officials, also maintain liaison with all C&F agents.
• Verify all shipping documents Bill of Lading, HS codes, customs forms, etc.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of logistics & freight forwarding job to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Work closely to coordinate with team members, customers, suppliers, stake holders to achieve business objectives.
• Negotiate to rate with carriers, vendors, trucking companies, and others facility providers.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and client retention & monitor shipment like-on-time delivery, cost per shipment, etc.
