Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct audits using and following H&M's RQS guideline & checklist.
∎ Prepare an agreed and clear report after auditing, and send and explain it to the Supplier and those concerned within the Production teams.
∎ Analyze the Country's overall supplier development and area of improvement and initiate actions together with the Senior Quality Controller and Product Quality Manager.
∎ Encourage H&M Suppliers to be proactive in finding the reasons for problems & establish methods & routines to avoid them in the future.
∎ Assure all QA and Garment persons are well trained and qualified to face buyer's inspection.
∎ Assure QC of company are well trained and qualified enough to conduct internal inspection as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Provide prompt decision and guideline to the concern quality persons.
∎ Check all test report for every stages of inspection.
∎ Review production sample, SMS sample, Safety test sample and send to buyer.
∎ Closely work with H&M (QC & RQS Responsible).
∎ Prepare master file & final inspection file.
∎ Work proactively with H&M Suppliers and factories to secure H&M's quality standards.
∎ Able to conduct QMS, RQS and others related audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 years in similar position.
∎ Experience & vast knowledge on H & M work procedure will give preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Quality Control/Audit.
∎ Candidate who worked in factories as RQS manager for H&M, they must apply.
