∎ Post-Graduation in Business/Commerce Discipline from reputed Public/Private University

Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Head of Special Asset Management (SAM)
∎ Nature: Full Time Permanent
∎ Position Summary: The position will be responsible for all the process of recovery .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recover bad debts.
∎ Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to organization's financial performance.
∎ Assist to regularize bad debts exploring all possible way outs.
∎ Monitor SAM borrowers/Guarantors/mortgagors.
∎ Visit SAM borrowers/Guarantors/mortgagors residential & permanent addresses. Business, factory address & Mortgaged property.
∎ Rigorously pursue defaulter borrowers for settlement/negotiation.
∎ Maintain files & MIS defaulter/litigated corporate borrowers.
∎ To be prepared Board Memo for Rescheduling/Restructuring/Amicable settlement.
∎ To be ensured & confirmed transaction/adjustment of the account related to the recovery.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with lawyers/ Legal Team.
∎ Liaison with different departments (CAD, CRM, Legal, Accounts, ICC etc.)
∎ Meet internal/external regulatory requirements and queries.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor/or Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2-5 year(s) experience, preferred in Bank or Financial Institutions,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recovery & Loan.
∎ Age: Maximum 35 years as on November 30, 2020.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Power point.
∎ Soft Skill:
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Passionate about finance/banking industry
∎ Biased to technology driven process
∎ Sufficient knowledge in Accounting Software
∎ Passionate about innovation (product, process & technology) and process efficiency.
∎ Professional & deadline based performance oriented
∎ Motivated and driven for success
