∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in formulation and review of credit risk management policies, guidelines, manual, setting up of credit risk appetite, limit, tolerance, etc. with due consideration for sector, industry, geographical location, regulatory limits, best practices, current business and economic conditions
∎ Ensure Operational Risk framework, regulatory developments & other requirements are taken into account in the development & maintenance of all policies/ procedures
∎ Monitoring loan portfolio to ensure good quality asset growth & monitoring credit concentration and ensuring compliance of internal limit
∎ Collecting and analyzing data/information for identifying risks and making appropriate recommendations for risk mitigation
∎ Participate in review of non-operational risk policies in the Bank's policy consultation process & provide feedback from operational risk perspective
∎ Preparation of Risk Management Paper (RMP), arranging monthly meeting of ERMC and preparing meeting minutes, disseminating the decisions to the concerned department/divisions, monitoring and follow up of implementation status
∎ Ensuring timely submission of risk management reports, meeting minutes, compliance reports and other documents to regulatory body
∎ Monitoring compliance of irregularities found in core risk inspection reports of regulators

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-8 years' experience in reputed banks with 2 years' experience in Risk Management Division is required
∎ Professional certificate/training on Credit Risk will get added advantage
∎ Strong data management and analytical skills
∎ Strong knowledge on credit, relevant circulars & financial policies by the Central Bank
∎ Sufficient knowledge of Branch Operations, Lending Operations & Credit Management is required
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship
∎ Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software
