∎ 1.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract delivery personnel through various channels, including online job portals, social media, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions or training centers.
∎ 2.Manage hiring network for Delivery Riders.
∎ 3.Monitoring Delivery Riders.
∎ 4.Any other task when required & provided by the management
