Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing Sourcing, Designing, Marketing and Merchandising related works together for local market ladies product line such as Shari, Threepiece, Kamiz etc. [Core Job Responsibility]
∎ Creating and implementing strategies for the local market ladies line products.
∎ Ensuring the strategy is in line with the company’s brand, products, and target market.
∎ Generating sketches of visual displays that meet the company’s product design requirements.
∎ Finalizing Sourcing, Designing, Marketing and Merchandising.
∎ Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for local market ladies line product.
∎ Installing and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose.
∎ Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
∎ Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.
∎ Monitoring costs and working within budget.
∎ Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the Sourcing, Designing, Marketing and Merchandising strategy.
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
