We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of ‘Security Officer’ who previously worked as honorary Captain or GL Commissioner of Bangladesh Army. The incumbent must have initiative and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Selected candidates will be responsible for building & ensuring effective security management system.
• Have to ensure the security of persons, materials & machine of the organization.
• Have to check control & operate all the materials examining proper & valid documents.
• Checking & controlling workers/staffs’ movement while entry/exit.
• Ensuring effective visitor movement management system.
• Guiding & controlling & directing all security guards of the company.
• Responsible for reporting all important incidental matters to management in due time.
• Have to find out all abnormal activities & to report it to management in due time.
• Maintaining effecting security management by following proper rules, regulations & principles.
• Conducting training program on fire evacuation drill & other security measures for enhancing security knowledge.
• Coordinating fire security & safety trainings of all security staffs.
• Ensuing right placement of all fire extinguisher & checking its effectiveness through proper trial. 
• Ensuing all CCTV (Camera) footage coverage related to security.
• Have to Up-to-date all security related records on regular basis. 
• Have to follow chain of command strictly.
• Capable of applying command in the security post.
• Have to apply own mechanism to keep the security command effective for all the time.
• Have to be physically & mentally fit for performing security duty as per shifts.
• Capable of performing duty related to access control.
• Capable of writing different security reports.
• Have to be mentally fit for performing any challenging job related to security.
