∎ At least 8 years working Experience ( 15 Years’ Experience for Chief Designer) in Rotary, Flatbed and Digital Printing.
∎ Age 35 to 45 years (For Chief Designer)
∎ Age 30 to 40 years (For Designer)
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Should have expertise in Excel, MS Project
∎ Should be hardworking and Self-motivated.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should have the adequate practical work knowledge over:
∎ Design Creation:
∎ Develop unique and innovative textile prints and patterns.
∎ Translate concepts and themes into design ideas using software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools.
∎ Trend Research:
∎ Research current market trends, color palettes, and consumer preferences.
∎ Stay updated on emerging design trends and incorporate them into projects.
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with fashion designers, product developers, or clients to align designs with project goals.
∎ Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing.
∎ Technical Preparation:
∎ Prepare detailed design specifications, color separations, and technical files for production.
∎ Ensure patterns are repeatable and scalable for various fabric dimensions.
∎ Client Interaction:
∎ Present design concepts and samples to clients or stakeholders.
∎ Revise designs based on feedback to meet client expectations.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
