Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent should have the adequate practical work knowledge over:
∎ Ensure all electrical equipment are operational and maintained as per the standards.
∎ To makes proper service plan and execute for service development.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ Must have the ability to deal with DESCO related issues such as billing, insufficient power-line maintaining, new line sanction paper work and agreement & deeds.
∎ Supervise the projects and control the man machine, tools, equipment & process.
∎ All control panels are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown.
∎ Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Maintaining the Generator backups, entire electrical system operation as needed.
∎ Solving Emergency troubleshooting, 24/7 system machinery running without any error.
∎ Monitor, Maintain, and supervise all the utilities such as Electric sub-station, HT, LT, Transformers, Electric Control Panels, Ball Mill, PLC, Solar Panel, Air Compressor, Chiller, Water Pumps, and Electrical Workshop etc.
∎ Practical knowledge for Operating of MWM/Cat Generator.
∎ Sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronics wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
∎ Maintenance of various Power control center, Motor Control Centers, Transformers.
∎ Diagnosing of problem and if any then same resolve the issue.
∎ Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.
∎ Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as Factory.
∎ Maintenance of various A.C/D.C Motors, Battery Chargers and Cranes. Also work on Siemens AC & DC Drive and PLC.
∎ Must have basic knowledge of EEE, mechanical, Service, construction, tools and machine.
∎ Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for dynamic and self-driven professionals for our Electrical Engineer department as “Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (EEE)”. The successful candidate should have sound knowledge over in performing Electrical work.
