Educational Requirements:

∎ o Minimum requirement: a completed Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university/academic institution.
∎ o Preferred requirements: a completed Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Accounts/Finance, Supply Chain and/or Hotel Management from a reputable university/academic institution.
∎ o Any additional specialized training in Hospitality, Hotel Management and/or Health & Safety is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Be Responsible, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Organized and Disciplined, polite, supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ o Leading and managing a well-reputed fine dining restaurant in Dhaka.
∎ o Responsible for the recruitment/hiring, training and review of restaurant staff.
∎ o In charge of allocating/scheduling weekly restaurant staff roster and ensuring that the staff roster is followed efficiently.
∎ o Ensuring that the highest standards of hospitality service are met by restaurant staff.
∎ o Overseeing food and beverage quality and enforcing food handling regulations and other safety guidelines.
∎ o In charge of ensuring the utmost cleanliness both in the front-of-house (entrance and dining area) and the back-of-house (kitchen).
∎ o Managing and organizing daily reservations via dedicated restaurant reservation software and phone call.
∎ o Monitoring restaurant finances, including sales and expenses.
∎ o Keeping and logging daily accounts and records via dedicated restaurant CRM and POS software and reporting daily accounts to the head office.
∎ o Ensuring all maintenance requirements are met daily.
∎ o Ensuring prompt and timely delivery of restaurant materials and supplies daily.
∎ o Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate inventory list daily.
∎ o Making note of necessary materials and/or supplies as per the inventory list and ordering/reporting as necessary.
∎ o Tracking and surveying restaurant demand and customer preferences.
∎ o Conducting polite and prompt engagement with customers.
∎ o Maintaining patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food and beverage service offerings.
∎ o Ensuring the overall smooth daily operation of the restaurant.
∎ o Ensure that the head office is promptly and fully informed of all issues and take prompt corrective action where necessary
∎ o Engaging in restaurant marketing strategies/campaigns determined by the dedicated restaurant marketing team.
∎ o Overseeing and managing the restaurant’s social media pages.
∎ o Responding to and answering restaurant queries via phone call, social media and e-mail.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial/administrative role within the hospitality industry.
∎ Must be fluent in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must be well-mannered and polite.
∎ Must have a keen eye for detail.
∎ Must be capable of efficient time management.
∎ Must be responsible and prompt under pressure.
∎ Must be well groomed.
∎ Must be able to operate a computer and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
∎ Must possess a strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety.
∎ Must possess a strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability.
∎ Must possess strong communication and leadership skills.
∎ Must be experienced working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
