Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist customers in selecting products, understanding their features, and completing purchases in line with the showroom's sales targets and customer service standards.
∎ Demonstrate excellent product knowledge – technical specifications, and after sales service offerings.
∎ Provide information about products, pricing, and promotions to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of the showroom's offerings.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance to enhance the customer shopping experience and uphold the brand image.
∎ Collaborate with senior staff to learn effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
∎ Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, conducting regular stock checks and ensuring accurate product displays.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
∎ Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and up selling where appropriate.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
∎ Keep updated of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.
∎ Execute any other tasks and/or responsibilities assigned by management.
