Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, E Commerce, Management, Accounting, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
∎ Any Internationally Recognized Academic/Professional English Language Qualification.
∎ Training/Trade Course: MS Office,E Commerce, E Marketing, ISO 9001:2015 QMS, Basic Professional Conduct.
∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, Client Relationship Management, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Consistent Performer, Organizational Skills, Strong interpersonal skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Copywriter, Customer Relationship Management, Digital Sales and Marketing, E commerce
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Retail Store
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Sells products through both online and offline modes by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Execute any other task assigned by the Authority/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
∎ Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
∎ Hands-on experience with CRM software
∎ Excellent Knowledge of MS Office applications, databases and information systems.
∎ Be well versed with reading, speaking, and writing in English Language.
∎ Should be a Team Player.
∎ Have strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work with honesty, sincerity, and devotion to organization.
