Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, E Commerce, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, E Commerce, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain
∎ Any Internationally Recognized Academic/Professional English Language Qualification.
∎ Training/Trade Course: MS Office,E Commerce, Supply Chain Management, ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 22000 FSMS, Basic Professional Conduct.
∎ Skills Required: Advertising and promotion, Commercial, Database management, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, E commerce Business, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Problem solving and decision making

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Computer literacy, Customer Service Management, IT distribution and sales, Logistics Management, Marketing and Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
∎ Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
∎ Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
∎ Assess overall company performance against objectives.
∎ Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
∎ Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
∎ Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
∎ Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
∎ Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
∎ Recruit and train new employees.
∎ Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
∎ Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
∎ Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
∎ Reports to Management or the owner directly.
∎ Provide administrative support whenever required.
∎ Execute any other task assigned by the Authority/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
∎ Excellent Knowledge of MS Office applications, databases and information systems.
∎ Be well versed with reading, speaking, and writing in English Language.
∎ Should be a Team Player.
∎ Have extensive analytical skills.
∎ Have strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work with honesty, sincerity, and devotion to organization.
