Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company standards and service levels to drive sales growth while minimizing costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor expenses.
• Oversee financial processes, including invoices, reporting, and personnel/payroll-related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain high operational standards, including restaurant cleanliness, staff appearance, and uniform compliance.
• Uphold a culture of excellent guest service by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and turning dissatisfied guests into loyal customers.
• Manage resource allocation efficiently, including daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning to maintain consistent, high-quality food preparation and service.
• Provide leadership and guidance to employees, addressing operational and procedural issues while fostering professional growth through feedback, performance expectations, and performance reviews.
• Be prepared for field visits to conduct outlet quality checks and audits, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
