Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales targets for life insurance products within partner bank branches.
Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate referrals and leads.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
Clearly explain policy features and benefits to customers.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and support, delivering exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
