• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline.

Strategic Analysis & Business Insights:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board to support strategic decision-making.

• Evaluate business performance metrics, financial results, and key indicators to measure impact of initiatives.

Process & Operational Excellence:

• Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and optimization initiatives across multiple business functions.

• Design and implement workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure alignment of operational processes with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Project & Change Management:

• Support and lead enterprise-level projects, including digital transformation, product launches, and operational optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, Compliance) to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

• Drive change management initiatives and monitor adoption of new processes or systems.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

• Act as a key liaison between business units, IT, and senior management.

• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Board and senior leadership.

• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure all recommendations and business initiatives comply with Bangladesh Insurance Act, IDRA guidelines, and Shariah-compliant principles.

• Support internal audit and compliance functions by providing detailed business analysis and documentation.
