• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, Economics or related field.

• Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, FLMI, CFA) will be get preference.

• Proven track record in Bancassurance, partnership management, or insurance distribution.

• Deep understanding of banking and insurance regulatory frameworks.

• Independently executing the Bancassurance strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and driving initiatives that enhance customer experience, digital innovation, and efficiency.

• Lead sales and distribution to achieve premium and revenue targets, foster cross-selling across business segments, and implement effective marketing and incentive programs.

• Build and manage strong insurer relationships, negotiate contracts and commissions, and lead joint business planning for mutual growth.

• Oversee product design, pricing, and rollout; optimize multi-channel distribution; and use performance insights to refine offerings.

• Manage budgets, profitability, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance, enforce risk management frameworks, and support timely audit resolutions.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and a strong customer-focused culture.
