• Develop and execute the Bancassurance strategy aligned with the bank’s vision and financial goals.

• Identify new markets and digital opportunities to drive growth and enhance customer experience.

• Integrate insurance solutions into the bank’s overall strategy and customer lifecycle.

• Manage strategic partnerships with insurers, including negotiations, product innovation, and joint business planning.

• Ensure compliance with banking and insurance regulations, and maintain strong risk and governance frameworks.

• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance, providing insights to senior management.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Bancassurance team focused on growth and customer value.
