Additional Requirements:
08–10 years in life Sales/Digital Sales, Distribution, with at least 03 years in senior sales leadership. Inclusive insurance, microinsurance, and digital sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead business growth, premium income and policy targets across B2C and B2B2C channels
Hunt business leads and sign institutional partners
Direct community mapping and market surveys to find high-potential clusters
Train and lead the sales team
Plan and execute expansion into new sales areas
Define sales territories, targets, incentive structures and sales processes; run regular performance reviews, coaching and field visits.
Support product development and launches, and run awareness and brand activities in the field.
