Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve Assets and liabilities targets
∎ Cross-sell of different products
∎ To help and organize sales promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.) in co- ordination with the RM/CSM & other sales channels.
∎ To communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities.
∎ Deposit/assets attrition management
∎ Cross sell Retail/SME/Corporate products
∎ To ensure cost minimization and maximize branch profitability
∎ Pre-screening of Retail banking loan applications to prevent bank from any fraudulent activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong customer relationship skill with adequate knowledge on preparation of Retail/SME credit proposals.
∎ Capability to complete loan applications, including credit analysis and summaries of loan requests & proposal presentation.
∎ Marketing knowledge and selling ability of Retail/SME Products
∎ Age at most 35 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
