Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/ Class
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve set SME Business Asset & Liability targets in terms of sales volume and number of accounts to develop own SME portfolio
∎ Maintaining quality asset through effective retention and prioritizing relationships, having appropriate relationship management plan & taking consultative approach to understand client's objectives, effective identification of financial needs, offering financial solutions
∎ To develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health
∎ Monitor proper utilization of investment facilities in SME accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets and ensure periodic review of the facilities
∎ Evaluate customer investment applications using a range of criteria including purpose of application, investment viability, customer payment history, customer credit-worthiness etc.
∎ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer's business through regular customer visits and industry research
∎ Monitor Non-Performing SME Investment and decide on appropriate strategies and plan to liaise with recovery activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements
∎ To follow and maintain the compliance of all types and policies of the competent authorities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in working in a SME/ Corporate Relationship Management Team of a reputed banks /FIs
∎ Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services, SME products and compliances
∎ Knowledge on regulatory framework and guidelines on SME Businesses.
∎ Well round knowledge of the Bank's operations and processes and excellent knowledge of credit policies and procedures
∎ Experience of working in centralized environment and real time on-line banking will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications
