∎ Position Summary: The role is target-driven, focused on building a dynamic retail Sales-Liability team to meet deposit mobilization goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales, and marketing skills, along with proven relationship management abilities.
∎ Major Duties and responsibilities:

∎ Position Summary: The role is target-driven, focused on building a dynamic retail Sales-Liability team to meet deposit mobilization goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales, and marketing skills, along with proven relationship management abilities.
∎ A solid understanding of the Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI) and banking sectors is essential for developing and implementing new liability products. This includes creating product guidelines, pricing strategies, and marketing plans to enhance the profitability of CVC Finance Limited through effective mobilization.
∎ Major Duties and responsibilities:
∎ 1. Identify potential individual & corporate deposit customers & follow-up for new deposit collection.
∎ 2. Achievement of monthly sales business set by CVC Finance Ltd.
∎ 3. Cross selling of other products and services of the Company to scale up revenue, profitability and growth ensuring customer service, operational excellence, management of all kind of risks, and regulatory compliance.
∎ 4. Perform due diligence on client’s identity and sources of fund at the time of establishing business relationship,
∎ 5. Renewal/ Retention of existing liability customers, ensure quality customer service to existing & new customer of CVC Finance.
∎ 6. Explore business opportunities through various routes to market,
∎ 7. Weekly/ Monthly business performance reporting to line manager,
∎ 8. Maintain discipline, ethical standard and compliance in all transactional matters with CVC Finance.
