Experience:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
Set annual sales targets, forecast demand, and prepare sales budgets.
Identify new business opportunities, channels, and territories to expand market reach.
Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions to ensure achievement.
Establish, manage, and optimize a strong distribution network across Bangladesh.
Develop partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, wellness centers, and Ayurvedic practitioners.
Ensure efficient product availability and stock management throughout the supply chain.
Evaluate and enhance distribution logistics for timely product delivery.
Lead, motivate, and guide the national and regional sales teams to achieve set goals.
Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and develop incentive plans.
Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to build a high-performing sales organization.
Foster a results-oriented culture with strong customer and market focus.
Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential areas for Ayurvedic and Unani products.
Develop strategies to increase market share in existing and new product categories.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams for market feedback and brand-building activities.
Represent the company at trade fairs, health expos, and promotional events to strengthen business relationships.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure service excellence.
Collect and analyze customer feedback for product and process improvement.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare analytical reports.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Present business performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
