Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve deposit portfolio growth target.
∎ Ensure excellent service experience for the customer.
∎ Implement effective customer acquisition and retention strategies to enhance the customer base.
∎ Monitor and manage the cost of deposit to ensure competitive offerings.
∎ Lead, motivate, train, and retain a team of deposit professionals to deliver exceptional results.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch innovative deposit products and campaigns.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the deposit market.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, branches, and internal teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven experience (5 years +) in deposit management, preferably in any reputed financial institution.
∎ Strong knowledge of deposit products, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
∎ Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets.
