∎ JOB PURPOSE: Regional Manager, Gender Mainstreaming (RM-GM) is responsible to ensure region based overall coordination, collaboration and operation management of Gender Mainstreaming (GM) with BRAC`s selected programmes and enterprises.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gender mainstreaming process facilitation, coordination among programmes, enterprises, departments (PEDs), quality tracking, learning and reporting etc.
∎ Facilitate field-based implementation of gender mainstreaming plans in collaboration with PEDs and external stakeholders
∎ Develop individual monthly and annual plan, set targets and deliver to respective supervisor
∎ Take initiative for gender mainstreaming skill transfer of selected PEDs staff, volunteer,workers etc.
∎ Support to develop gender mainstreaming IEC materials, module and tools for achieving gender equality goals
∎ Coordinate, facilitate and participate in regional level different meeting, dialogue, session, training, workshop, event etc.
∎ Identify operational problem and challenges to provide creative solutions
∎ Support to prepare violence report, ensure referral linkages related to VAWG incidents
∎ Gender mainstreaming follow-up visit to PEDs platforms and forums for assuring quality
∎ Ensure regular documentation and reporting to respective supervisor and maintaining matrix management
∎ Regularly follow up and actions of implementing gender marker for ensuring gender responsive workplace
∎ Regular update of digital information developed by GJD (MIS, daily register, incident referral, gender marker, fact sheet etc.)
∎ Ensure effective field-based budget expenditure in collaboration with local accounts
∎ Ensure effective communication, local level advocacy and networking with PED, GOs and NGOs stakeholders for achieving gender mainstreaming goal
∎ Organize and celebrate days and events for promoting women's rights and gender equality.

∎ Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
∎ 2 years of working experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
