Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 2 to 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To install, observe, preserve & repair of computer of branch offices.
∎ To install and troubleshoot different kinds of modems
∎ To solve Hardware& Network related problem of Computer.
∎ To take necessary steps about solving the problem of printer, scanner, UPS and another parts of computer.
∎ To observe power and earthling system of computer in various offices and provide support and advice to users.
∎ To repair and preserve hardware according to supervisor's guidance and submit report accordingly.
∎ Strong knowledge on social communication application like (Whatsapp, ZOOM, Google meet, Microsoft Team etc.)
∎ Must have strong knowledge on MS Office specially (Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ CCNA and A+ Certification will get extra priority. Proactive and energetic candidate will get high priority.
∎ Configure and Troubleshoot of email clients, Web mail, Microsoft Outlook, etc under windows platform
∎ Must have "Can do attitude"
∎ Have to move branch offices
∎ To send weekly report to respective supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 22202 (Monthly)
