Education:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• Age 18 to 32 years

• Should have good knowledge of operating different computer software.·

• Experience in the NGO/development sector will be an added advantage.

• Prepare Bill Vouchers, Invoices & others on a daily basis.

• Maintain and update Accounts Books on a regular basis.

• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Yearly Accounts.

• Maintain proper Banking transactions and prepare Monthly Reconciliation Statements

• Update all Transactions both Manually and in the Software.

• Prepare and maintain a Fixed Assets Register on a regular basis in a proper manner

• Documentation of all Accounting and Financial papers of the Organization.

• Any other Responsibilities assigned by the Authorities.
