- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

- Age 18 to 32 years
Should have good knowledge of operating different computer software.·
Experience in the NGO/development sector will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Bill Vouchers, Invoices & others on a daily basis.
Maintain and update Accounts Books on a regular basis.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Yearly Accounts.
Maintain proper Banking transactions and prepare Monthly Reconciliation Statements
Update all Transactions both Manually and in the Software.
Prepare and maintain a Fixed Assets Register on a regular basis in a proper manner
Documentation of all Accounting and Financial papers of the Organization.
Any other Responsibilities assigned by the Authorities.
