Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Micro-Credit

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Micro-Credit

• Age At least 32 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Audit, preferably in the Microfinance Sector.
• Basic understanding of Audit processes and Financial Compliance. 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Strong Analytical, Reporting and Documentation Skills.  
• Good Communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.

• Ensure compliance with Organizational Audit Policies with a high standard of integrity.

• Conduct regular audits of Vouchers, Collection Sheets, Passbooks and Registers at Branch, Area, Zonal, Regional, and Head Office levels.

• Perform Audits all Programs of UDDIPAN.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable Recommendations.

• Execute Audits in accordance with the approved Annual Audit Plan.

• Willing to learn the use of Software for Audit and Reporting purposes.
