Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Insurance, Underwriting (Insurance)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Proposal forms & maintain records.
∎ Manage underwriting processing according to Company's Underwriting Guidelines.
∎ Enter data into IMS/System for use in preparing documents and adjusting accounts.
∎ Scanning Proposal Forms and Other Documents to take Underwriting decision from HO.
∎ Maintain insurance records, reports & related files.
∎ Completes documentation and upload into the IT system.
∎ Review data on insurance applications or policies.
∎ Verify signatures for financial transactions.
∎ Attach requirements on application files.
∎ Prepare underwriting requirements list time to time and send those to field force.
∎ Ensure accuracy and timely generation of periodical reports of UND department.
∎ Responsible for all financial transactions of respective regional office.
∎ Regular coordination with Branch Managers.
∎ Collecting recruitment files, verify them and send to the Head Office.
∎ Organizing all meetings and trainings of respective regional office.
∎ Responsible for distribution of business materials and proper record keeping.
∎ Process all bills/ vouchers before reimbursement.
∎ Any other activity as assigned by the management.
∎ Maintain register as assigned.
