∎ We have a great opportunity based in our Bangladesh offices, to work with our sales team as a Recruitment Consultant (Sales) on a fixed-term contract.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with a number of global companies and clients who are in the business of care homes, nursing homes, hospitals, and industrials.
∎ Acquiring new business from these clients (care homes, nursing homes, hospitals and industrials)
∎ Sourcing candidates to fill diversified roles like Doctors, Registered Nurses, Health Care assistants, Support workers, domiciliary workers, chefs, kitchen assistants, and cleaning and housekeepers who would work in care homes, nursing homes, hospitals, and Industrial sites
∎ Generating and finding out new roles and vacancies for the candidates
∎ Usage of job boards or CV library, indeed, referrals, LinkedIn, and Facebook as a source of candidates and clients
∎ Screening candidates over the phone calls, MS Teams meetings,s and Video conferencing platforms
∎ Creating profiles for qualified candidates and up them to different portals
∎ Negotiate, sell, and create new business opportunities
∎ Quick and fast in search of information online and processing them accordingly.
∎ Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ To be successful in this role you have to have good salesmanship, a can-do attitude, and administration experience which are assumed to be under your belt.
∎ Experience in sales in any industry like FMCG/ Service organization will be an added advantage
∎ you will be passionate; results-focused, have a right-first-time mindset, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
∎ Acting as an ambassador for our business
∎ you will have great Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) whilst being able to demonstrate your already established analytical skills.
∎ You will need to be highly organized, conscientious, and a team player who is able to navigate through situations that can sometimes be ambiguous and pressured.
∎ Have a high level of attention to detail
∎ Be able to prioritize conflicting work demands across everything you do – managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
∎ Be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial and financial situations
∎ Be comfortable when working collaboratively and cross-functionally
∎ Have good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
∎ Not afraid to challenge where and when needed be confident with systems and processes

Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Monthly Commission: It’s a commission-heavy role. The consultant will get 5% on the existing business and 10% straight for any new client(s)
∎ Pick and drop (Based on route and availability)
