Job Context:
∎ Remember the office hour is in line with UK which is 8:00 am to 5:30 pm currently matches from 13:00 to 22:30 in BDT time. From September 2022, it will be 14:00 to 23:30 in BD time
∎ Every Saturday is the weekend. you can earn Sunday off by meeting weekly targets
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with a number of global companies and clients who adhere in the business of care homes, nursing homes, hospitals and industrials
∎ Acquiring new business/ Clients
∎ Generating and finding out new roles and vacancies for the candidates
∎ Sourcing candidates to fill diversified roles like Registered nurse, Health care assistants, support worker, domiciliary worker, chefs, kitchen assistant, cleaning operative and housekeepers
∎ Procuring new candidates by utilizing job boards or like CV library, indeed, referrals, and LinkedIn and Facebook
∎ Screening candidates over the phone calls, MS Teams meeting and Video conferencing platforms
∎ Creating profiles for qualified candidates and up them to different portals
∎ Stipulating selective advertisements which could be posted on LinkedIn, Facebook and other job boards
∎ Excellent salesmanship, negotiation, and business development skills
∎ Understanding and capability to browse and search information online. The
∎ candidate has to be very fast in search of information and process them accordingly.
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets to call volumes and sales respectively
∎ To be on call for the business you will be assigned. Need to provide client service, after office and in weekends also.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Quick learner and Can do attitude
∎ Ability to make connection between clients and candidates

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly attractive commission package on top of montly salary based on fulfillment of monthly target
