∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generating client leads through online market research
∎ Reaching out to the leads through cold calls
∎ Persuading and thereby convincing the potential clients to use our service
∎ Exploring different industrial sectors to onboard new business opportunities.
∎ Looking for brand new clients on portals and ensuring the bookings are made with suitable candidates.
∎ Building a solid rapport with direct and online clients to ensure long-term business with their organizations
∎ Preparation of Daily Sales Report, Weekly Planner, Weekly Report, and other necessary reports.
∎ Providing on-call support to the Team.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Office timing is aligned with the UK clock which is from 1 pm till 10:30 pm according to BD time. Saturday and Sunday are the weekends.
