Responsibilities & Context:

The Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for candidate registration and suitable placement across different sectors.

Office Hours: 1 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

(Aligned with the UK clock)

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job adverts across online platforms and source CVs
• Connect and Engage with candidates for placements
• Verify candidates’ compliance documents
• Placement of candidates with suitable job roles
• Provide support beyond office hours when required
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by Senior Managers
