. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

. Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).

. Pleasant personality, polite, and responsible.

. Previous experience in reception or office administration will be an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Warmly welcome students, parents, and visitors to the office.

  • Answer and manage phone calls, messages, and emails efficiently.

  • Schedule and maintain student consultation appointments.

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Assist in general administrative and office management tasks.

  • Provide accurate information and guidance to clients.

  • Enlisting and updating client data,

  • Participating in promotional and marketing activities, and

  • Contributing to client service development.
