• Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

• Age 22 to 40 years

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in Study Abroad / Education Agency).

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and payroll management.

Strong MS Excel and CRM software skills.

Good English communication skills.

Experience in Study Abroad / Education Agency preferred.

Detail-oriented and excellent time management.

. Manage student accounts: tuition fees, payments, commissions,

and refunds.

· Handle university and partner commissions, invoices, and

follow-ups.

· Prepare financial reports: income statements, balance sheets,

and payment summaries.

· Manage staff payroll, office expenses, and vendor payments.

· Maintain CRM and accounting software; ensure data accuracy.

· Conduct bank reconciliations and manage international payment

records.

· Coordinate with universities, partners, and sub-agents; maintain

financial documentation.
