Additional Requirements: At least 3 Years Experience in SGS, ITS, TÜV, QIMA, BV, or similar organizations is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct factory-level RCA audits
Identify root causes related to process, production and measurement issues
Use structured RCA tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Flow Chart)
Prepare Corrective & Preventive Action Plans (CAPA)
Follow up CAPA implementation with suppliers
Present RCA findings to international clients
Support RCA service pricing justification
