∎ Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Must have knowledge for solving quarry any kind of issues
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and Facebook Page messenger.
∎ Must be needed to maintain Organizational Policy and Behavior.
