∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completes quality assurance objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, counseling, communicating job expectations; Monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; Enforcing standard policies and procedures.
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of Wet QA, Dry QA, and technical staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignments.
∎ Develop and improve existing QI systems to meet international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement corrective actions.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre-inspection team.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective and predictive action.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying QA, Factory Sr. Management & GPQ.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
