Responsibilities & Context:
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all outerwear products meet internal standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational guidelines.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout production.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with QED protocols.
- Technical Process Control
- Standardize and oversee production processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to strengthen team capability.
- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and build the QED team for high performance.
- Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence
- Optimize workflows and resource utilization for efficiency.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance and quality reports.
- Ensure robust documentation, reporting, and QMS adherence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Production, Design, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to align quality objectives with business goals.
- Communicate technical requirements and feedback clearly to stakeholders.
