Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced personnel who can deal with all quality functions and having competency to develop quality process with available resources.
∎ Job Location: Nayadingi, Saturia, Manikganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow the quality standard of the company and buyer and implement rules for achieving in-house quality of the fabrics and also outside sub contract factories both grey and finished fabric.
∎ To coordinate with buyer and understand their quality standard and plan and implement as per their requirement.
∎ To monitor in-house grey fabrics quality team and outside subcontract knitting factories.
∎ To monitor the dyeing quality team and give batch to batch approval before delivering to garments unit.
∎ To lead the full fabric quality team and ensure quality and compliance of fabrics as per buyer’s standard and company standard.
∎ To responsible to deal with critical approvals from buyers side.
∎ To coordinate with dyeing department, knitting department and all garments unit for smooth flow of fabric ensuring quality standard.
∎ To responsible for yarn test approvals before taking yarn delivery from spinning mills.
∎ To maintaining lot to lot yarn producing in knitting of fabric and rib and ensure same in dyeing and cutting section (that no rib is mixed with other lot).
∎ All fabric quality related issues report directly to Director & MD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Sound knowledge of Computer Office Application (MS-Word, Ms-Excel, email, etc.)

Salary: Negotiable
