Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good knowledge of Computer Office Applications, Internet & email.
∎ Basic knowledge of Garments and Textiles.
∎ Basic knowledge of utility, knitting, dyeing, and finishing.
∎ Basic knowledge of hardware, electrical, electronics, sanitary, fire & safety items.
∎ Basic knowledge of production supporting items in this field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must know Textiles, dyeing, Washing, & Constructions.
∎ To check the purchase requisition with the store for the present stock.
∎ To source and collect price quotations from different sources.
∎ To prepare a comparison sheet for Management approval.
∎ To prepare a work order and send it to the vendors.
∎ To prepare a fund requisition for a cash purchase. Taking delivery confirmation from vendors and making sure to store.
∎ Documents (bill, challan, MRR, work-order, CS, quotations & requisition) submission to Audit and to the Account Dept.
