Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced professional who can deal with all the knitting process of a textile factory and having competency to develop production capacity with the available resources.
∎ Job Location: Nayadingi, Saturia, Manikganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all the process of knitting production. Capable of doing sound and solid planning and follow up of total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ To coordinate with maintenance team to ensure production capacity are increasing with uninterrupted use of machine resources. Calculate loss time and controlling down timings.
∎ Total follow up from yarn receiving to finished goods delivery.
∎ To bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ To ensure regular reporting system in respect to all production related activities.

∎ Age at least 24 years
