Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specification.
∎ • Develop, implement and maintain systems to assure the quality of products and the development and implementation of new products.
∎ • Review in-process data from manufacturing processes and facilitate corrective and preventive actions as appropriate.
∎ • Setting and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ • Performance monitoring of all Q.I and quality department staff.
∎ • Provide training and counseling with quality inspector and all quality staffs.
∎ • Closely co-ordination with production management, factory manager and other production staff for continuous improvement.
∎ • Participate in PP meetings to identify the risks of all new styles. Work with the PP team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before line start.
∎ • Conduct style review meetings with the sewing line team.
∎ • First output review against the sample and technical file including measurements.
∎ • Review size set garments with approved samples and provide necessary comments if required for bulk production
∎ • Check the measurement of size set garments and keep the record in the size set report.
∎ • Check first cutting /output garments as per buyer standard and provide comments with corrections monitor the defective, DHU, and FRI reports to identify the continued defects and work with the respective production team to get it correct.
∎ • Discuss buying office inline inspection findings with the cross-functional team to get the corrective actions.
∎ • Follow up on the executive's and supervisor's daily routine and their work actions.
∎ • Monitor all QA/QC operations and per-production activities to ensure that an end product meets the customer quality requirements within AQL.
∎ • To deal with the buyers independently for all quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in-line inspection, pre-final and final inspection.
∎ • Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, Audit, In-process inspection, In line inspection, Traffic light system, TQM, 5S, Lot pass audit, DHU, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
∎ • Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure as per buyer's guideline.
∎ • Make sure that all of quality inspectors and staff are well conversant and trained on quality control system.
∎ • Updating quality policy, setting quality objectives, composing quality manual and SOP as per global standard and requirement of the brands.
∎ • Implement & Maintain effective quality control & management system to ensure process and product's quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours for setting the desired quality standard in the initial stage.
∎ Need to handle all the buyers Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experienced person.
