Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, Audit, In-process inspection, In line inspection, Traffic light system, TQM, 5S, Lot pass audit, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
∎ Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure as per buyer's guideline.
∎ Should be experience to handle the world renowned buyers.
∎ Ensure effective communication and coordination among the inter-department and other's department.
∎ Make sure that all of quality inspector's and staff are well conversant and trained on quality control system.
∎ Updating quality policy, setting quality objectives, composing quality manual and SOP as per global standard and requirement of the brands.
∎ Implement & Maintain effective quality control & management system to ensure process and product's quality.
∎ Sound Knowledge of all kinds of Technical Audit.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance for woven garments (Padded, Quilted; Bomber; Fake down; Trans coat jacket; Cargo pant etc).
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Setting QA team and target ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and investigated and take steps to stop achieve if necessary.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards
∎ Effective communication, report writing, Training & analytical skills.
∎ Should have knowledge about 7 Pcs bundling system.
∎ Should have knowledge about traffic light system.
∎ Work experience with IE , QMS,RQS etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area
∎ Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours for setting the desired quality standard in the initial stage.
∎ Need to handle all the buyers Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experienced person.
